I would be grateful if you could provide the following information relating to ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) services commissioned or provided by NHS Lincolnshire ICB: 1. ADHD WAITING TIMES Please provide, for the most recent 12-month period for which data is available: (a) The current number of patients on the NHS ADHD waiting list within your ICB area. (b) The median and mean waiting time (in weeks) from GP referral to first ADHD assessment appointment. (c) The longest current waiting time on the list. (d) The date range to which this data relates. (e) Whether waiting times have increased or decreased compared to the previous 12-month period, with figures. 2. SHARED CARE AGREEMENTS (SCA) FOR ADHD (a) A copy of your current Shared Care Agreement policy or protocol for ADHD medication (methylphenidate, lisdexamfetamine, atomoxetine, etc.). (b) Any guidance issued to GP practices within your ICB regarding acceptance or refusal of shared care requests for patients assessed privately or via NHS Right to Choose. (c) Whether your ICB has any blanket or default policy advising GPs to refuse shared care requests from patients assessed outside NHS services. (d) The proportion of GP practices in your ICB area that have an active ADHD shared care framework, if recorded. 3. NHS RIGHT TO CHOOSE (RTC) FOR ADHD (a) Whether your ICB has issued any local policy, directive, or guidance that restricts, limits, or modifies patient access to NHS Right to Choose for ADHD assessments. (b) If such restrictions exist, please provide a copy of the relevant policy document(s) and the rationale for any restrictions. (c) The number of RTC referrals for ADHD assessments processed by your ICB in the last 12 months, if recorded. (d) Whether your ICB has any approved Right to Choose providers for ADHD on your list, and if so, how many. GENERAL NOTES I understand that this request must be handled within 20 working days of receipt. If any part of this request is refused, please clearly identify which exemption(s) under the FOI Act apply and whether the public interest test has been considered. If the cost of compliance exceeds the appropriate limit, please advise me so I may refine the request. I am happy to receive the information in electronic format.
